This morning when I woke from a very real dream, I was struck with the thought, where do Angels clothes come from? This may seem a very strange quandary to be having at 9am, but as it would be, in my dream I was an angel. And so the thought process of where exactly their clothes come from, and if they make them themselves, who are they using as their style inspiration. From nowhere it struck me. Elie Saab. No designer (in my mind) makes such elegant, delicate, dresses. His A/W 2012 Couture collection looks as though the dresses we made to be worn by some ethereal goddess, and what more, it is to be worn by angels. I have included a little clip of the show so feast your eyes. And if this post has left you believing that I am slightly eccentric, then your assumptions are correct.
