Move over girls, here come the boys (or more correctly, girls dressed like boys). Stella McCartney, Alexander Wang and Nicole Farhi are paving the way to an autumn abundant in androgyny. Even our dear Dolce has joined in the craze, but not without a sequin or two here and there. Unfortunately i'm not a big fan of the boyish look. The way I see it, is unless you have a straight-up-and-down figure, and a face of great bone structure, (very jealous of these people) then dressing yourself up as a boy doesn't really work. There is something about curves that just ruins that boyish aesthetic and leaves you looking like a slightly boring secretary. Despite this, I am always looking to be proved wrong, so I will not totally give up on this trend and will solider on for the sake of style. Here's to buying many a baggy tee and shapeless clothing this autumn....
